Returns
We make PURE Copper mugs, tumblers, and pitchers designed to last a lifetime. If your product ever stops performing as designed, we will gladly replace it at ANY time. Simply email us with your order number, a photo of your product, and a description of the problem.

For standard returns, we gladly accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending your item back so we can approve your return and provide return instructions. Once a return has been approved, we ask that it be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Refunds
Standard returns should be returned in the original box with all original packaging and, whenever applicable, in the same condition in which they were received.
If an item is returned without its original packaging, is used, damaged, or is otherwise not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price, depending on the condition of the returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that it has arrived. Approved refunds are typically issued within 2–3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Replacements or exchanges will be shipped to you FREE using standard economy shipping and typically arrive in 2-5 days in continental USA.
All returns should be shipped with tracking info to insure the item is properly delivered.
