Returns
We make PURE Copper mugs, tumblers, and pitchers, designed to last a lifetime.  If your product ever stops performing as designed, we will gladly replace it at ANY time.  Simply email us along with your order number, a picture of your product, and a description of the problem.  Our email is support@coppermules.com or you can call us at (737) 228-3322.  We stand behind everything we sell so you can buy with confidence!

Refunds
Standard returns should be shipped in the original box with all original packaging. If the item has not been packaged as originally received we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 50% of the price paid. This has only happened once, when one of our beautiful copper pitchers was shipped back is a large box with NO wrapping at all, so it was horribly damaged when we received it.  Our Return Policy is taken from the Amazon Return police as its fair and reasonable. Simply repackage your return as you received it and you will receive a full refund quickly! 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund is typically quickly issued in 2-3days of receiving your return.  If you have any question, you can always reach us at support@coppermules.com.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Replacements or exchanges will be shipped to you FREE using standard economy shipping and typically arrive in 2-5 days in continental USA.

All returns should be shipped with tracking info to insure the item is properly delivered.
