Returns
We make PURE Copper mugs, tumblers, and pitchers, designed to last a lifetime.  If your product ever stops performing as designed, we will gladly replace it at ANY time.  Simply email us along with your order number, a picture of your product, and a description of the problem.  Our email is support@coppermules.com or you can call us at (737) 228-3322.  We stand behind everything we sell so you can buy with confidence!

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund is typically issued within 72hrs of receiving your return.  If you have any question, you can always reach us at support@coppermules.com.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Replacements or exchanges will be shipped to you FREE using standard economy shipping and typically arrive in 2-5 days in continental USA.

All returns should be shipped with tracking info to insure the item is properly delivered.
